How to apply globally or Viewing Option

Within a folder under Action>Show view option>use as default, I would expect the same configuration will apply to all new folders and sub folders. But it is not the case. Every new folder or subfolder that are created, I have to manually redo individually. Is that the case how Apple works?

How can I apply globally for ALL folders.
