How to arrange all folders in kind at once in my Rugged Lacie External Hard drive?

I've tried to find a way, but no luck.

Are you trying to arrange all folders in the same way that you can do it with Windows?
That would be one of those things that your OS X Finder does not do.
There are third-party solutions, if you must have the Windows functions...
Pathfinder would be one ($)
