How to arrange items by NAME & KIND at the same time???

It's nice how OS X Lion will group items by Kind/Application, but what I find highly annoying is that I can't have it sort items both by Kind & Name...it's either one or the other. Where is the logic? Am I missing something?

I want to have my items grouped + sorted alphabetically. Any ideas?
