How to arrange the harddrive?

Hi there!

I am about to get a mac. But I need help. How do I arrange my drives in the best way. I am thinking 3 partitions because I want to work with my files with both os and windows. Any good ideas?

I just use two partitions. I format my Windows Partition as NTFS so I can use large files (and read in OS X) but install MacDrive in Windows so I can read and write to my HFS+ volumes. Hasn't failed me yet.
