How to assemble those NV drivers

Hey I have a SR MBP (8600M gpu) and I would like to know how am I supposed to assemble the latest drivers from laptop2go, I download the latest ones and the inf drivers, then what ? Also, am I suppose to uninstall the previous drivers first? Thanks in advance
