How to associate PSD with photoshop??

For some reason after I installed photoshop CS4, all the psd files are opened with colorsync utility, and NOT photoshop. How to fix this? I tried "open with" and select photoshop with the "always open with this application" checked. Doesn't work! Any ideas?
