How to back up apps and reinstall on new 6+ concisely?

I have 1800+ apps in my iTunes database, but I only installed 760+ on my iPhone 5. How can I

1. Transfer those 760+ apps to my 6+
2. Without transfer the settings
3. Without click to install one by one (no need to care about the remaining apps)
4. Will not install any malwares?
