Hey guys. I've got a first run unibody Macbook 13 and I'm replacing the hard drive with a Hitachi 500gb 7200rpm... wanted the speed boost :D I've got three iPods linked up to my iTunes... my 30GB 5G iPod, my 4G 16GB nano and my 1G 8GB touch. All of my music is backed up to the iPod classic, but I'm not sure how to back up the apps bought in the store. Will I be able to download them again when I re-install the OS, or is there a way to authorize them when I re-install OS X? Not sure of the protocol here, since last time I did this I had all free apps. I have three or four paid apps in the library right now. Thanks!

Have you seen if the apps are in your iTunes folder inside Music? Am I understanding it correctly; You have your iPods synced up to iTunes. They should be inside the iTunes folder in the "iTunes Music" folder.
