How to back up SHSH?

I accidentally managed to click NO to Cydia's "make my life easier" prompt (apparently those buttons activate on Touch Down, not Touch Up... V_V ). The option hasn't reappeared in Cydia since.

How do I get Cydia to record my SHSH's to prevent future update problems?
