How to back up voicemails and text messages?

I'm about to sell my iPhone 6 (unlocked) and need a way to back up text messages and voicemails, as they don't seem to be accessible from my Android phone when I put in the SIM card.

I tried PhoneView but the free version only backs up the 10 most receive voice and text messages. So I wonder if there are less expensive alternatives somewhere -- $30 is a lot for doing this only one time.

I've heard nothing but good things about PhoneView and honestly for $30, I feel like it'd be worth the security, especially if you think you'll need to reference the info again.
