How to backup Contacts??? In itunes

Hi All!
When I go to backup contacts in itunes it says that this phone is synced with another user account and wants merge/replace them. With nothing I guess.lol. I bought the phone second hand about a year ago.
Is there anyway to get around/fix this? or is there a better program I can use for backing up the contacts? Ive spent allot of time looking for a program but the only one I found doesn't work.

I'm not sure how to fix your itunes problem, but I'm sure someone here does.

If you use GMail and Google Calendar, the "Sync in a Blink" app is really good for backing up your contacts or keeping them synced. Depends on how you decide to use it. As with any program that "syncs", you have to understand how it works or you can "sync" to an empty contact list and end up with an empty contact list on your iPhone.
