How to backup firefox profile in lion?

Hi

Just wondering how you backup your firefox profile in Mac OS Lion?

In Snow Leopard you could access the profile folder in Application Support - Firefox - Profiles.

This is no longer there for me. Where is the profiles folder located now?

Just switching laptops so this would be a huge help!

it's still there.. just hidden away for safety..
in finder, click the GO menu, and hit OPTION - you should see your library appear in the list..
from there, you should find it

Thanks. Yes I can get to library but within application support there is no firefox folder for me. There is a mozilla folder but within that = no profiles folder ???
