how to backup my files using ntsf-3g

does anyone know how to backup my files using ntsf-3g? my bootcamp partition got messed up and wont start up anymore so im forced to use my mac side. im planning on deleting the bootcmap partition and start over but i dont want to lose my files. does anyone know a way to do this using ntsf-3g or a much simpler way without using ntsf-3g

my bootcamp partition is xp.
