I would like to back up a copy of the two install OSX DVD's that came with a MacBook, using an XP PC and Nero or other burning software. Is this possible?
If not XP, can I do this with a Linux PC?

The MacBook is out of state and I don't want to send the original DVD's.

Thanks!

Yup you can with any DVD/CD-Imaging software on either windows or Linux. They are just standard DVD's.

Thanks, I'll try it again but Nero hiccuped - gave a message the disc (OSX) was bad.
