I've setup a rule to move my >90 days email to "On My Computer". Where are those emails stored in my computer? Can I copy those files to another Mac with Outlook 2011 (I'm getting a new Mac)?
 
They are most likely in your Documents folder, if you get another mac you can use Migration Assistant to import those and other files.
Or, if you have a TM backup restore from there.
