Hi! How to bay iPhone (not 3G) in USA if i'm a foreigner? It's any problem with that? And how mach does it cost?

$20 ??

I would try eBay. You aren't going to find an iPhone anywhere in stores, they are all selling the iPhone 3G now.

I think you have to be an American Citizen to get a contract with AT&T. You can only purchase the iPhone 3G in the United States with a contract. In Europe, it's a different story- many countries there sell it sans contract.

Also, it's "buy" not "bay".

Because to buy one they will ask for USA government ID. Without one you cannot buy iPhone 3G.

Because you have to sign a 2 year contract. Without proof that you live/work in the US you aren't going to get one. Since you are in Europe you are better off getting an unlocked 3G iPhone from France or Switzerland.

Which I would advise against. I live in Switzerland and they are freaking EXPENSIVE unlocked. If you buy it with a contract, however, they're only $80/$180 :)

Also, I'm fairly sure that the Ukraine has a very underdeveloped 3G network, with very limited access. I don't think it's a very good idea to get an iPhone if no carrier in your country officially supports it. Especially an iPhone 3G. Just get a normal phone and buy a iPod Touch.
