Is there any application that would notify me in a growl way when webpages updates?

Instead of visiting certain webpages over and over each day I would like some program which monitors these pages for changes. Currenty I'm using a couple of widgets, but then I have to open dashboard. I would need some pop-up warning without using dashboard.

Any ideas?

What about RSS feeds?

As mentioned, RSS feeds are probably the easiest way to get what you're looking for... if you've upgraded to Leopard you can use the Mail application as your RSS reader to save having to have a different application open.

Shout it if you need some help setting up the feeds...

Only problem is that these websites don't use a rss feed, but thanks alot for the tips! Anyone else know a way (without rss feeds)?

Thank you for your help!

To add another answer to my own question, I found a usefull application called Simon (http://www.dejal.com/simon/), it can monitor a lot of websites and report changes via growl.
