Basically a crazy person keeps calling me and bypassing their blocked number by turning off caller id. I know there is the option to silence unknown callers but the problem is it turns off all calls from anyone not in my contacts, and I get a bunch of calls from people not in my contacts. Its hard to ignore because this person will call constantly for hours on end. I saw there was some way to block these by using a 000000 saved number and blocking that but I think its us only.

Hello!
Unfortunately there is no way to block a person that is calling from an unknown number. If you know the number however, you can block contact via sms. However, there are some apps that helps you block out any person calling you that you have not already added to the list.
