I am having a common modern-day productivity issue with too much time spent on youtube/facebook from our home network. So I am wondering, is there a way to block a site from use during business hours globally from the network? I would like to block sites from the entire network (so iPads are not excluded) and allow them access once the working day is done. Is this possible?

Network setup is:
AirPort AC router
AirPort Extreme extender
many iOS devices and all mac computers

Thanks all!

You can use Parental Controls and other methods to try to block sites, but technology is a poor substitute for self-discipline. Any method you set up, you'll be able to circumvent or disable, so self-control is your best option.
