How to burn iMovie to DVD?

So I have made an iMovie for my parents' anniversary, I would like to burn it to a DVD, I have Googled how to do it, but I can only do it in iDVD, the things is, about iDVD, is that you always have to do that thing where there are frames and crap. Is there any way to do it so it's just the movie?

What do you mean by "frames and crap"?

You want to use the One Step (I think that's what it's called anyway, haven't used it in awhile) option. It pops up the moment you open iDVD.
