So I live in tiny Cyprus in Europe.
We do have Apple authorized repair center so AppleCare+ can be used here if needed.
I just got a brand new MBP 16 from UK from UK apple store through an ebay seller.
Issue is Apple sells it only for select countries. I have gone to buy it online and my macbook pro 16 although IS eligible I need a UK visa card and UK address which of course I dont have. I could buy it from USA site too but I would also need a USA credit card and address.
Is there a workaround this? No I cant get a UK credit card online as that would require me to also confirm with UK address.

What you're asking involves consumer laws in your country. If it was me, I would call your authorized repair center and ask them the best way to proceed.

Do you have any friends in the UK at all; or contacts with friends/family etc?

You could ask them to buy it for you and pay them via an online transfer or PayPal etc; for me, that'd be the easiest way

To my knowledge, AppleCare+ won't work in countries that are not supported. That means you won't have the accidental damage part in your country, given AC+ isn't avaiable there.
