how to buy apps in countries w/o iTunes Store?

I am just curious...how do you buy apps for your iPhone or Touch in those countries without iTunes store?

answering my own question...

to answer my own question... Apple opened iTunes store just with apps for those countries. So no music, tv shows or movies... just apps.

Get an American credit card. In order to use the iTunes store of a particular country you need to have a credit card with an address in that country.

Not sure about the iTunes gift cards though, they may only be for music, but who knows I've never had the need to buy one.

You can only buy apps in countries where there is an iTunes store.
