I'm non-resident of US and during my trip want to buy IPhone (2G or 3G it doesn't matter) there. could somebody give me advice about how to make it  Location in which I will be: MA, Boston, Burlington, Lexington.

how long are you going to be here? do they not sell them where you come from?
about a week in the beginning of october.
Sadly, but they don't sell them in my country and in nearest future Apple doesn't planning to start sales :(

It is not possible and useless.

They will not sell it to a non-resident, and you cannot perform a software unlock, so it is of little use in you home country. If you really want one, get one from Hong Kong or Italy, where they are sold unlocked.

Buy one on eBay.
You will not be able to buy an unlocked iPhone in any store in the US.

If you buy one here, you will be required to sign a contract with AT&T.
