Hi, I have locked iPhone 4S and it was updated to 6.1.1, and I don't have the carrier's sim card, so how can I hacktivate it?

I think you have to jailbreak. 6.1.1 can be jailbroken unthetered. There are several tutorials on youtube on how to jb/unlock
*edit* I've actually done it on a 3Gs on iOS 5.1.1 to use it as an ipod in my car. Process was pretty strait forward, again look up a tutorial

There are no other options since evasi0n does not hacktivate.
Get on Google or eBay and buy an active or inactive micro sim card from carrier who sold your phone.
Or get the phone unlocked so any sim card with activate.

Is ih8snow not updated for iOS 6.X or something?
The last time I used that tool was to help my friend hacktivate his 3GS so I am not aware of the changes
Ow yeah that true it doesn't do that sorry. There is no way currently to get into that phone without a sim. Can't you get a super cheap 20 bucks pre paid from somewhere?
