I'm a new iPad user and was wondering how I can find out how long my iPad's battery is. I have an iPhone and it shows in the usage area but the iPad is similar to the iPod Touch's usage screen.

Is there an app or way to see how many hours of usage the iPad gets?

Thanks

There is a percentage in the corner of how mugh battery is left.

10% is an hour roughly.
100% is ten hours.

Therefore 1% is 6 minutes.

I currently have 38% battery so it would last another 3 hours and 40 minutes.

Easy enough to estimate!

is there any app that will let me know? I wish they included this feature like in the iPhone...

Yea... The 3G iPads have a real usage screen, like the iPhone's. It would be cool if they had one for the WiFi iPad too, but I guess it wouldn't serve much of a purpose other than showing usage/standby times.

I am using a 3G iPad 2. I didn't activate the cellular network yet though. If I did, will it show?
