I've received a reservation email and a subsequent "complete your order" email, but I still cannot get my iPhone 4s ordered due to te fact that I keep getting that friggin' "order aready exists" error message, telling me to cancel my order first.

Has anyone found a way to CANCEL the reservation / order? I can't get trough on the phone.

I don't know either, but this is driving me crazy.

Even worse, when I try to place an order I get the "order already exists" message, but when I try to log in and check the status of my reservation, it says "reservation not found". Talk about mixed messages.

I can't believe Apple is still screwing this up so badly.

When I check the status of my reservation, I still get the "order already exists" message. Weird.

I think I'm just gonna wait in line next Friday. Lesson learned - preorders do NOT save time. And I'm friggin' TIRED from staying up all night. Jeez..
