Using Virtual PC for Mac Version 7 Windows XP.

I would like to convert a calendar view in Microsoft Outlook 2000 into a PDF file using a PDF writer.

Currently the "save as" option within Outlook is greyed out so I'm not able to save the calendar view in any specific way.

Thanks for any tips.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get the printer working within Virtual PC for Mac Version 7, so I'm trying other approaches.
The printer works on the Mac side, just not on the Windows XP side.

Install the current Ghostscript and also CutePDF free. It sets up a PDF printer which creates the acrobat file from your outlook calendar via print.

FWIW the PDF creator link I provided is all-in-one, includes GhostScript. Works great for those who are not used to GS.
