how to capture webcams?

There's Conference Recorder for iChat... tried it very briefly

I've use Conference Recorder for iChat. Very simple to use, there's options to record just the incoming webcam or to include you picture in picture too, and the person with whom you're chatting can't tell you're recording. The quality's not bad either, there's an example on my home-page here

yes. no probs there.

are there any free one's by any chance? this isn't something i'm going to need for long. prolly just one or 2 times.
