iOS How to change an app status back to 'READY FOR SALE'?

I had an app approved....then I selected developer rejected. Now The update has been approved.....How do i switch back to Ready for sale? The app still says Developer Rejected, after being approved again.......

Got it: In case someone stumbles into same issue.

The Problem: My update on an existing approved application was stuck in 'Removed by Developer' Status.

Now, the Fix: Go into the pricing and re-select countries in which you want to sell.
