how to change arrow in slide to unlock

hi=) just wondering how do i change the arrow icon? i already changed the color and the text but i cant change the arrow. i saw someone was able to do it before but i couldnt find the post

There are some "sliderthemes" available in cydia. Just install winterboard and then search for themes.

i did it didnt work ... i tried mcdo, droid etc..
