How to change drive that eject key controls?

I am using an Apple Pro keyboard with a MacMini that is hooked up to an external DVD drive. The external drive is an RPC-1 drive that I use to play DVDs since I don't need to worry about region coding on the DVDs.

Does anyone know how to change the "OS X" settings so that the eject key on the keyboard ejects the external DVD-ROM drive instead of ejecting the built in combo drive?
