How to change DVD region back? its locked on Reg 1

I wish to change it back to region 2 and keep it there. So how do i do this???

Its fustrating as i KNOW for sure i didnt use up all the changes it said i had!

You are limited to something like 5 region changes on the DVD player then you are locked to the last one chosen.
