How to change forums listed in side panel

In the right hand column of the site is a Recent Comments section listing some forums with recent thread postings. For example one of the forum section headings is iOS 14 and iPadOS, whereas I would rather see iOS 15 and a section heading macOS Big Sur when macOS Monterey would be more helpful to me.

How do I change which forums show up in that section for my account?

It's not user-customizable, but yes, we need to update those to iOS 15 and Monterey...thanks for the reminder.
