TLDR: How do I change my iphone 14 eSim priority to the 2nd eSim. But, without Cellular service. Only Wi-fi. Can I accomplish this on my straight talk account on the website?
I have a month of straight talk service, but my eSim is deactivated.
I have been dealing with customer service for waaaaay too long. Unlocked iphone 14 16.6.1. Purchased from Amazon's renewed store.
Long story short, a straight talk rep told me to deactivate my eSim. I now have no cell service. And, it seems that every solution to my problem is locked behind the necessity of cell service. I have restarted the phone. I did a backup and then reset the phone completely.
I will add a couple screenshots of my phone's "cellular" settings menu.
Straight talk reps will not give me a QR code. I am pretty much being ripped off at this point. They keep resorting to a necessary phone call for me to talk to somebody qualified to handle my issue. I only have one phone and it has no cell service. I have already driven to Walmart yesterday for a pointless 30min call with straight talk on Walmart's phone.
They said I need to get the QR code from the phone manufacturer, Apple. Apple said I need to get it from straight talk. I did not get a QR code with the phone when I bought it. Straight talk reps had no idea what codes I need to "Set up Manually". That is in the attached file.
They kept telling me that my phone is fine and I just need to change my primary eSim to the second one. I can't find any way to do that without first configuring the cellular service settings. Can I switch my primary eSim a different way?
On my straight talk account I have 3 accounts. 1 is my current cell phone. The other two have numbers associated with them that are not found in my settings: General > About. These may have been added by the straight talk representative while I was talking to them. I am not sure though.
