How to change iphone icon in Windows 7 Explorer?

When I plug my iphone 6s plus to my windows 7x64 it shows up as a computer/tv screen icon. This is a new Windows install. My old windows install had a iphone icon next to it. How do I change it?

I think I figured out what I did before to get an actual 'iphone' icon in Windows Explorer. It's been years since I have had to do a re-install of Windows and I seem to remember doing a tweak like this:

I thought it might have been an Windows usb iphone driver problem but I guess not.
