How to change keyboard from Australian to European

hi! i bought my macbook in Germany while i was on holidays a couple of months ago and when i installed everything I set the keyboard to "Australian". Now I am living in Germany I need to change it back to the European settings so I can use the keys but i have no idea how to do this. Any suggestions?
