Hi,

I have a problem with LaTeX on my mac. I installed a MacPort, which depended on some TeX distribution, so it has been installed. Unfortunately the paths used by MacTex has been changed. In the meantime I deinstalled the TeXlive within MacPorts. No I cannot produce any output using TextMate. All I get is an error which sounds like:

warning: Configuration file texmf.cnf not found! Searched these directories: /opt/local/bin:/opt/local:/opt:/opt/local/bin/share/texmf-local/web2c:/opt/local/share/texmf-local/web2c:/opt/share/texmf-local/web2c:/opt/local/bin/texmf-local/web2c:/opt/local/texmf-local/web2c:/opt/texmf-local/web2c:/opt/local/bin/share/texmf/web2c:/opt/local/share/texmf/web2c:/opt/share/texmf/web2c:/opt/local/bin/texmf/web2c:/opt/local/texmf/web2c:/opt/texmf/web2c:/.:/opt/local/share/texmf/web2c:/opt/local/share/texmf/web2c

I fresh install of MacTex did not change anything. With TeXShop setting documents works thus it seems to get that the install is at /usr/texbin.
