I am going to be having surgery soon so I want to give access to my daughter in case I am unable to access my computer and/or iPhone. Both my iphone and computer have the same 4 digit passcode. I know I can change my passcode, but what I want to know is, if I change it to something just temporarily, can I change it back to the original passcode I had? I have had experiences with changing passwords and then it won't let you change it back to the original one. Is this doable on iPhones/Macs?
Please advise only if you have actually done this please, and no you "should be able to" responses please. Just people who have actually done this successfully.
Thank you!

Yes. I just tested this on my iPad to be absolutely certain. Changed the passcode, then changed it right back. There is no error or warning message, it just works as expected.
