How to change Picture/Music/Documents Folders in Linon X

Hi all.
I am new mac user, i have 1 TB External HDD, and wanted to use my Pictures / Music / Videos folders stored in there.

In short , i have to change Folder Path of Picture / Video / Music folder to External HDD.

So, when i click on Picture, it should read one of the Partition OR Folder on HDD.
