How to change Safari fonts (not web pages)

I'd like to change the font of Safari itself (not the font of the web pages). I have a 27 inch monitor now and sometimes find the font of lists (i.e. bookmarks) too small.

I have my monitor in the highest resolution (2560x1440). The letters are sharp, but difficult to read from a distance because they are so small.

I'm afraid the only solution to the font size is to change the monitor resolutions.

OK, thanks. I think I can live with it. Luckily, the fonts in Mail can be changed.
