How to change springboard's names?

Is there a way to change the springboard's names? I'd rename my applications' names so for example Apollo -> MSN or SMBPrefs -> SummerBoard. I think I should change some strings in files like Info.plist but which file? There are a lot of Info.plist files!

you need to ftp into the touch and then just go to /applications (paste that into the address bar when logged in to touch) and then rename folders, this does then mean custom icons dont work but its the only method I know of

surely you could change the name of the custom icon to the new name, that would work right?
