How to change stand up setting to be every 30 minutes

Hi Guys and Gals,

I am a new member to the forum. I got an apple watch series 1, os 3.

I wanted to ask that if any of you knew how to change the nudge that the watch gives for standing up to be changed to every 30 minutes rather than the current every 50 minutes.

you cannot do this, also it is not every 50 minutes but rather if you have not stood up for the hour with 10 minutes to go it will notify you

Hey @garlicbread24, thanks for responding, and fixing my misunderstanding with the every 50 minutes thing.
I wish they allow in the future to edit the setting, as I primarily bought from hearing that it notified the user to stand up. Especially since I practically sit all day.
