How to change start time of day in calendar

When I create an event on my laptop, the start time is always 9am.
This has nothing to do with time zones or syncing or what day I want my week to start on.
I just want my day to start at 11am as the default.
I've exhausted all options in Settings.
I hope someone knows the answer.

People have been asking for a way to do this for 10+ years. Unfortunately, there isn't one. Changing the start time of your day makes no difference in the start time of new events.
