How to change the behavior of '' key on Japanese MBP?

I bought my MacBook Pro in Japan with a Japanese Keyboard. There is a '英数' key and a 'かな' key.

I mostly use Japanese and Korean.
It is very convenient to use 'かな' key to set to Japanese Input Method,
I'm wondering is it possible to use '英数' key to set to Korean Input Method?
