How to change the resolution of a Quicktime video, Please Help!

How do I change the resolution of a quicktime video? For example, if I go here (http://www.apple.com/apple-events/october-2013/) , I can play the video in fullscreen, but I can't change the resolution (as it is very pixelated).

The only way is to change the resolution of the original, which, obviously, you can't.
