I was just wondering how you might be able to change the shutterspeed and/or Aperture of an iPhone's camera for either photos or videos.

If so with an apps, which would be less cost-effective, preferably free?

Camera+ it was free last week not sure if it still is

I think with the traditional camera app you cant do that !
