How to change Time Limits to less than 30 minutes

Under Parental Controls -> Time Limits:

1. is there way I can limit the computer use to less than 30 minutes to something like 10 or 15 minutes?

2. is there way to block out access to the computer entirely on certain days like Monday - Wednesday?

I can't seem to do the above using the GUI so wondering if there is a way to do it at the OS shell level.

I don't think so; probably did not think it practical to add those features. You can just lock up the computer and/or take it away when the time comes.
