Hi all! I searched a bit but couldn't find anything about this. I was approved for the Apple iPhone upgrade plan, and got an iPhone 6s Plus on September 26th. Apple told me I'd get an email with account info, so I can log in and see my remaining balance/payments, etc. Yet I never got the email, just the email with the receipt for the taxes and the first months payment. I've logged onto my account on the Apple website, but nothing on this upgrade program. Anyone know how to get there? Thanks in advance!

I can also attest that CitizensOne has excellent customer service should you ever need to contact them for anything.

Does anyone know if you can make an advanced payment? Meaning can I pay off 2 months and not worry about paying the next 2 months?

Nope I don't think you can do that. The payments will automatically be charged on monthly basis.

But aren't we able to say, make an extra monthly payment, if you want to upgrade sooner? ie, say you started the program in october, and wanted the new phone next september?

It's my understanding that you are able to pay off the loan at your leisure after 6 months. I have also heard that you can pay off the loan whenever you want and however you want. However you want is at least true, since you can change the payment option for the loan when you log in to your account.

Probably best to inquire with CitizensOne if you want a truly accurate answer.
