How to check Fusion Drive health, system issues

Yesterday after decline a Transmit ( Panic FTP software ) my system started going nuts
After trying to fix permissions, installing combo and so on today I decide to decide to start from scratch

The problem I was having:
- I couldn't start firefox, chrome, other appa
- trying to export data from an app I got "I can't write in temp folder" error

so I thought about some permissions mess up, but now I'm wondering if it could be a Fusion Drive failure on some bad sectors

Apple hardware test says that everything is OK
and as far as I know on SSD there is no SMART indication

My guess is that the fusion drive is OK, no problems.

These things seem to either "be working" ... or... NOT working.

Did a restart get things working smoothly again?

No, I did a repair permission from recovery, reinstalled macOS over no luck
I just finished reistalling macOS from scratch
