I'm an idiot. I had no idea you could go back to 5.1.1 from iOS 6. Is there a way I can find out if I have blobs saved ? Also is it possible to brick my phone if I go back to 5.1.1.. thanks for any help.

i also set up the iphone as new so even if i had shsh blobs , are they deleted because i cleaned the entire phone and set it up as new phone ?

and its a 4s

sorry for the add on posts :(:(

EDIT - Nevermind, you can't downgrade iOS 6 on the iPhone 4S at the moment.

Incorrect the 4S does not have the option to be downgraded from 6.0 at the time even if you have shsh blobs. Maybe in the future but not now. Iphone 4 and 3gs you can however.

You can check your saved blobs using tinyUmbrella or redsn0w. They are always saved on Cydia's server if you had already request them at one point even if you are not jb. Now, just sit, relax, enjoy your 4S vanilla since it might take a while for a jb to come out.
